Overview
- We are looking for an accounting apprentice to join our finance team and learn the basics of accounting.
- You will work closely with our senior accountants and assist them with various tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
- You will also study for a professional qualification in accounting while working with us.
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities of the role
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and statements.
- Assist with tax compliance.
- Support the senior accountants with any other accounting duties as required.

- Strong A-level and GCSE grades, particularly in maths.
- A keen interest in accounting and finance.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
